1. Marketing and Community

This week was a great achievement for us when hosting the first AMA on YouTube with our guests — the LOCGame CEO and Senior Developer.

We’re happy to have a supportive community that’s always with us every step of the way. During the AMA, Mik and Jason answered all the questions concerning the next staking pool program, game release, marketing strategy, and many other interesting topics around the smart contract and LOCGame marketplace.

There were also two winners of the AMA that had given us the best questions, among others. If you missed this, don’t worry! We’re going to organize an AMA every month to speak with you and provide you with the latest updates!!

In regards to the Ambassador Program, it will be closing very soon. We have a huge amount of applications around the world — how talented and ambitious they are to become LOCGame Ambassadors! If you haven’t filled out the form, hurry up! We’re looking forward to seeing you on our team.

2. Tech Team: New Hires

Over the last few months, our Tech Team has been working tirelessly to deliver the community with the very best product. As you can imagine, our team is extremely selective when it comes to find someone who matches our vision and value. We’re excited to share with you two of our recent additions to the tech team. Both of them are highly motivated with NFTs and have been working around the clock to catch up with the team and start to rock.

Meet the newest members:

Sahin Aliy:

Sahin is 34 and is a digital nomad with his wife, living across different countries in Eastern Europe (planning to move to Western Europe in the near future). He has a background in Engineering, spent 6 years doing Project Engineering upon graduation, then left his job and dived full time into game development as a Unity developer. He has been freelancing for over 4 years now and has been part of over 50 projects in that timeframe, building all sorts of games/experiences/apps/simulations/trainings for clients all across the globe. In recent years he has worked either as Lead/Senior Unity Developer or as Game Producer for different projects. Sahin loves playing chess and all sorts of board games. Planning and strategy is what he really loves, so he really liked the design and flow of LoCGame the moment he saw it 6 months ago, and is glad to get the opportunity to be part of the team now.

Divarak Dev:

Let’s meet Divarak — he’s 28 years old living on the west coast of Canada on Vancouver Island. He’s primarily a unity developer, and has been working with the engine since 2015! Divarak chose LOCGame because he’s interested in the potential of NFT gaming and the blockchains applications in gaming! His hobbies primarily include playing video games, riding my dirt bike, hiking with my dogs. His favorite drink is water because nothing else quite quenches the thirst like good water after a long hike or ride.
